As DME QIC Medical Director, she serves as the medical director supporting the CMS national contract. Robert A. Coop, Ph.D., is an accomplished AI executive and seasoned data science leader with over a decade of industry experience. As the Chief AI Officer at Advent Health Partners and the former General Manager of Machine Learning at phData, Dr. Coop has honed his abilities in architecting, developing, and executing AI products in the healthcare domain. His accomplishments include establishing AI and ML teams within large enterprises, creating transformative healthcare solutions, and building data science practices from the ground up. With a strong academic foundation, including a Ph.D. in Machine Learning from the University of Tennessee, Dr. Coop is a recognized authority in his field, contributing to numerous academic papers and industry events. His areas of expertise include capture strategies and management, proposal management and support, and proposal writing. He has successfully supported clients in capturing nearly $140 billion in new business in every major health care agency including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Defense Health Agency, Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Military Health System, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and National Institutes of Health. Eric Hatfield is counsel for Dane Street, LLC, a medical review company. He serves as Dane Street’s Director of Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs. He is in charge of compliance, accreditation, and privacy matters, contract development, legal research, and the general legal affairs of the company. Mr. Hatfield joined Dane Street in 2021, shortly after graduating from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Also in 2021, soon after joining Dane Street, Mr. Hatfield was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar. He has been in his current role with the company since his admission to the bar. Paul is the myMatrixx® leader for the Account Executive team responsible for strengthening client partnerships, retaining existing business and expanding into new lines of service. Paul brings over 25 years of career growth and experience in the health, workers’ compensation, casualty and personal lines insurance industry delivering successful program design for medical, indemnity and ancillary service solutions. This experience includes addressing the total cost of risk associated with claim administration for carriers, third party administrators, self-insured entities, captives and associations. In his current leadership role, William is responsible for guiding a wide range of governance, strategic and tactical initiatives which are critical in meeting operational and technological objectives. In addition, William is also responsible for creating and scaling a high performance, multidisciplinary team of professionals rooted in an intrapreneurial corporate culture. William brings over 13 years of senior healthcare leadership to Engage Health. Recently, he served as the Vice President of Healthcare Product Innovation at Performant Corp. Dr. Pascucci is a multi-state licensed, board-certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Fellow of the College of American Pathologists with over 25 years of experience practicing medicine and providing leadership to health services organizations. She has extensive knowledge and experience working in positions that have required Medicare and commercial insurance expertise. As CERT Medical Director, she serves as the medical director and spokesperson supporting the CMS CERT national contract.
Phil Walls is the Chief Clinical Officer for myMatrixx®, a leading workers’ compensation pharmacy benefit management firm.
