ALBANY, NY – February 4, 2019 – The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the National Association of Independent Review Organizations has selected Capitol Hill Management Services as the new firm for managing the association. “We are pleased to have a proven national leader in association management to help NAIRO improve our association’s administrative and membership services, grow our membership, and increase awareness of our organization across the United States,” said Board President Ed Bolton.

We also want to introduce our new Administrator, Laura Lyman.
Laura Lyman is an Association Manager at Capitol Hill Management Services, where she has served professional healthcare associations, including the New York State Optometric Association. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology, summa cum laude, from Colgate University. Laura looks forward to working with the NAIRO Board of Directors, Executive Director Gib Smith, and members. Laura is supported by a talented team of professionals as part of our new National Office operations.
